One of the main hallmarks of Tolosaldea is its renowned gastronomy, with emblematic products such as Tolosa beans and traditional grilled meats. The Tolosa Market is one of the area’s key landmarks and a local meeting point. Artisan pastry also plays an important role, with typical sweets such as tejas and cigarrillos. The gastronomic experience is completed with visits to local producers, cider houses, cheese dairies and other artisans.
