Rafa Gorrotxategi es uno de los grandes referentes en repostería. Tiene su obrador en el Polígono Usabal, junto al Museo del Chocolate.

También cuenta con una cafetería y una tienda en la que se pueden comprar y degustar los productos que produce: chocolates, tejas y cigarrillos, gorrotxas, turrones… También ofrece chocolate caliente y café en la propia tienda.
