Rafa Gorrotxategi, a world-renowned master craftsman, will open the doors of his Chocolate Museum so that you can taste the history of Chocolate and its intimate relationship of many centuries with the Basque Country.

Jose Mari Gorrotxategi founded a museum back in the 1980s, located in a 18th century confectionery, which documented five centuries of wax, confectionery and chocolate history. Now Rafa takes over with a new space that introduces a new format. A museum that breathes tastes and knowledge equally.

From November 2025 to March 2026, only free visits are available.

Four options are available for this experience:

• Free visit with QR codes: 4€ (children aged 6-14, 2€)

• Guided tour: With Rafa or Armintz Gorrotxategi.
Price: 10€ / Children aged 6-14, 6€.

• Chocolatier workshop. Ideal for children. After visiting the Museum you can become a chocolatier using your own hands.
Price: 20€ per person. Children aged 6-14, 15€.

• Guided tour and tasting: Tasting to get to know the world of cocoa and chocolate better, finishing with a guided tour.
Price: 20€ per person. Children aged 6-14, 15€.
