Ibarra Peppers

The Ibarra chili pepper is a product with the Eusko Label quality seal. It can be bought in many different ways:

They can be found fresh at Tolosa Market from July to October. They are also sold in vinegar, in jars, to eat with beans or to make gilda pintxos, among other things.

And, in recent years, other derivative products have emerged, such as Arane paprika, dark chocolate with piparra (Rafa Gorrotxategi), piparra mousse, green txistorra from the piparras of Ibarra (at Barriola Butcher’s shop) and charcuterie products.
